新保守主义在美国的发生、发展是一个值得从多角度深入研究的思想现象。从传播学看,新保守主义的成功秘笈在于:人际传播主要利用人脉关系;准组织传播贯彻高层路线;同时通过自办杂志、网站以及借助他人传媒进行大众传播;并巧妙应用"沉默的螺旋"等传播规律,抢占舆论引导的先机和制高点。
The birth and development of Neo-conservatism in the United States is a phenomenon worthy of research.Neo-conservatism succeeds by communication: It uses interpersonal relationship to make interpersonal communication;it uses elites to make quasi-organizational communication and at the same time makes mass communication by its own magazine and website and other units' media;it uses such communication rule as spiral of silence to catch public opinion.
