中温水在净化空调系统中的应用及产生方法

Application and producing method of the middle-temperature water in clean air-conditioning system

针对高洁净级别的净化间运行特点,介绍一种不用板式换热器产生中温水的方法。该方法将冷冻机产生的冷冻水与空调回水按一定比例进行混合,通过设定DDC的温度值控制比例调节阀的开度,从而产生所需要温度的中温水。

Introduces one new producing method of the middle-temperature water according to the operation characteristics of high class clean-room,instead of the method of using plate heat exchanger.The method is to mix the chilled water from the chiller with return water proportionally,then to control the motorized valve to meet the temperature requirement set by the DDC controller.Hence produces the required middle-temperature water.
