摘要
本文以X企业为例,综合分析了舟山水产加工业的供应链结构。从降低供应链风险的角度提出了整合订单管理、优化生产流程、打破单一纵向组织结构、开拓国内外市场、积极开发技术含量高的产品等对策,并用Arena仿真软件对部分对策进行了初步验证。
Based on the case study of Enterprise X, the supply chain network of Zhoushan seafood processing industry has been ana- lyzed. From a supply chain risks perspective, solutions as inter-organlzational integration of order management, optimizing production process, relying less on single supplier, exploring beth home and oversea markets and developing high-tech products are given. Meanwhile, Arena simulation software was used to preliminarily verify certain part of the solutions.
