农民专业合作社绩效及规范化发展对策研究——以舟山市为例

The Countermeasure to the Performances of the Agricultural Specialized Cooperative and the Development of Standardized Measures——A Case Study of Zhoushan

《农民专业合作社法》的颁布实施,标志着我国农民专业合作社进入了依法发展的新阶段。本文以《合作社法》施行一周年为节点,以浙江省舟山市为例,通过抽样调查和实地考察,在掌握了农民专业合作社的基本情况、制度建设、生产经营、财务管理、社会影响等方面的详细数据的基础上,分析了合作社的绩效,指出了其存在的问题与困境,阐述了合作社在发展的基础上规范,在规范中进一步提高的方法、途径。

The promulgation and the implementation of the Agricultural specialized cooperative indicates that China＇s agricultural spe- cialized cooperative has been in accordance with the law and has entered a new stage of development. This paper＇s key is to acquaint the implementation of the Agricultural specialized cooperative in the past one year, and regard Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province as the example. We used sample surveys and local visits to know the basic information, system, production and operation, financial manage- ment and the social influence about the agricultural specialized cooperative, and analyzed the performances of the cooperative. We al- so pointed out the problems and difficulties, expounded ways to improve p the cooperative on the basis of its development.
