An analysis of the factors influencing the regulation of total coal resources development and utilization in Xianyang city

根据咸阳市煤炭资源开发利用总量现状,分析影响煤炭资源开发利用总量调控的主要因素,提出咸阳市到2015年煤炭资源开发利用总量调控的目标和实现调控目标的主要措施。

Based on the current status of total development and utilization of coal resources in Xianyang city,this paper presents an analysis of the major factors that exert influences on the regulations on local total coal resources development and utilization.It is also proposed in this paper the goal of coal resources development and utilization set for the year 2015 as well as the major countermeasures to be implemented for the realization of the goal of the regulation.
