井筒施工中采空区合理充填参数的确定

摘要 对井筒穿越采空区时的充填范围和充填材料力学参数的合理确定等理论技术问题进行了探讨。给出了采空区扰动的边界效应概念,揭示了采空区导致的岩层移动变形的特征规律。认为:大同矿区条件下采空区的合理充填范围以15~25 m为宜;采空区充填物的力学性质应与采空区顶、底板岩层力学性质接近,通常以单轴抗压强度20 MPa、弹性模量15000 MPa为宜。 This paper discusses the theoretical and technical questions concerning the determination of gob filling scope and determination of the rational mechanical parameters of gob filling material when gob filling becomes necessary when mineshaft penetrates coal mine gob area.The concept of gob boundary effect is put forward in this paper,and the regularity of deformation of rock stratum resulting from gob is discussed.It is also proposed in this paper that under the actual conditions in Datong coal mine area,gob filling scope should be in the range of 15 m to 25 m and the mechanical character of gob filling material should be similar to that of the roof and floor rock strata,i.e.its single-axle compressive resistance should be 20 MPa and its elastic modulus should be 15000 MPa.
