浅析双侧折返入换装车法对电铲效率的影响 被引量:9

摘要 对特大型露天矿双侧折返入换装车形式及装车时间进行了研究。并以哈尔乌素露天煤矿为例,分析了双侧装车的实际效率,结果表明,双侧装车待装时间、装车时间均比单侧装车减少,使双侧装车电铲效率比单侧装车提高了23.38%。 A study is made on a both-side loading method used in extra large open-pit coal mine including its special way of loading and loading time needed.The case with Harwusu Open-pit Coal Mine is taken as an example in an analysis of the actual loading efficiency of the both-side loading method.The results show that waiting time and loading time needed by the both-side loading method are shorter compared with the times needed by single-side loading method.It is in this way that the efficiency of both-side loading shovel is 23.38% higher than that of a single-side loading shovel.The advantage is significant.
