摘要
介绍了ZZ-89A型在线测灰仪的工作原理、精度分析以及在后所煤矿选煤厂的使用情况。认为,与传统快灰化验相比,该在线测灰仪的应用明显提高了精煤产品灰分质量的稳定性和均质性,取得了较好的经济效益。
In this paper,an account is given about the working principles,accuracy analysis and actual application of the ZZ-89A on-line ash tester in Housuo Coal Mine Prep.It is taken for granted that compared with ash testing by traditional fast ash testers,the application of ZZ-89A on-line ash tester will surely improve the stability and the isotropy of the ash contents in clean coal products,which is the basis for achieving good economic benefits.
