船体曲面钢板水火加工成型工艺的理论与应用研究 被引量:14

摘要 本文介绍了近年来关于水火弯板工艺课题的主要研究成果。论述了船体外板典型曲面成形局部收缩量的求解方法;在对实船板实验研究基础上,建立了钢板局部变形参数同水火加工参数关系的数学模型;对线状加热条件下钢板变形的温度场进行了理论分析,并初步探讨了钢板变形的热弹塑性机理。 The latest researching achievements in the technique of hull steel plate forming by line heating are presented. The calculational methods for the essential local contraction value of the typical curve plate forming are introduced. Based on the experimental study, the mathematical models of the relation between the steel plate local deformation parameters and technical parameters are established. The theoretical analysis of the temperature fields of the steel plate bending by line heating is conducted. The thermo-elastic-plastic deformation mechanism of line heating is preliminarily discussed.
