三十年汉族人命名趋势研究

A Contrastive Study of People's Names in the Past Thirty Years

人名一直以来反映命名者的社会心理和精神风貌,同时也反映整个社会的经济和文化发展状况。本文从社会语言学角度分析对比了北京市1978年出生和2008年出生的汉族人名,发现三十年间的人名差异主要表现在两字名普及、常用字不同、叠音名减少、男女性格特征淡化、从四字成语或俗语中取名、虚词使用增多等方面,此外人们命名在保留传统习惯的同时也受到国外文化的影响。但是三十年前命名的问题现如今依旧存在,本文就此提出了命名时应注意的问题。

Names reflect the change of society,language and people＇s psychology.This paper compares the names of people who were born in 1978 and 2008 respectively.This paper also tries to analyze the features of language used in the names from the angle of social linguistics.The findings of the research are the following： nowadays people tend to use three-word name rather than two-word name;the frequently used words in names in 1978 name list and 2008 name list are different;people nowadays prefer to choose some empty words or words from four-word idioms;some names presently don＇t reflect the gender obviously.In addition,some problems of naming are also identified.
