As science and technology developing at full speed,a higher demand to educational aim has been posed by the society.Especially,new course standard and new education situation require higher and more comprehensive to teachers＇ quality than before,which is a big challenge to normal colleges of secondary school teachers and elementary school teachers.Therefore,an important issue should be thought about in the course reform,that is how to improve teachers＇ professional quality of normal college students in daily education work.
