图书馆非核心业务外包体现了高效、低耗、优质的管理目标,影响并改变了图书馆的人力资源结构,对于外包型图书馆来说,如何妥善地安置外包岗位的馆员,实现其角色转换是一项亟需解决的问题。
The outsourcing of non-core businesses of Library reflects the high efficiency,low consumption,high-quality management objectives,influence and change the library＇s human resources structure.How do we properly placed Librarian,To achieve its role in transformation is an urgent need to resolve.
