On the Causes of the Internationalization of Crime

综合促成犯罪国际化的诸多因素,大致可将其分为两大类:一是内源性因素,包括对犯罪利益的无止境追求是犯罪国际化的根本原因;国际犯罪状况发展的不平衡性,促使居于优势地位的犯罪势力能够进行犯罪国际输出。二是外源性因素,包括犯罪国际化能够发展起来,得益于人类的现代化发展,是人类进步的副产品;对国际化犯罪规范不全、打击不力也助长了其发展蔓延。

As for a large internationalization becomes a trend and social phenomena,the issue of international crime is also becoming more serious and it to the international community posed a huge threat.Therefore,it is necessary to study the cause of the internation-alization of crime.To integrate the reasons that lead to the internationalization of crime,many factors can be broadly divided into two main categories：First are endogenous factors,never-ending pursuit of the internationalization is the root causes;international crime in the situation of the development of non-balance,the criminal forces which promote a favorable position carry out crime in international society.Second are exogenous factors,including：That the internationalization of crime can be developed thanks to the modernization of human development,it is a byproduct of human progress;criminal failure of international norms to combat crime also contributes to its development.
