司法实践中侵犯犯罪嫌疑人、被告人权益的案件频发,无疑使人们的目光聚焦于犯罪嫌疑人、被告人权益的保护。但与此相对应的被害一方的权益保障却相对被忽视。从单纯的侵财案件入手,探讨保护此类案件中被害人的财产权益是有一定现实意义的。

With the increasing occurrence in judicial practices of the infringement against the rights of suspects and the accused,no doubt the protection thereof has drawn much attention,which may imply the fact that the protection of victims＇ rights has been over-looked.It＇s a significant thing to present a brief discussion with respect to the protection of victims＇ property-related rights from the perspective of property violation cases.
