摘要
对好氧活性污泥进行富集、培养、驯化、筛选后,以1,1-二氯乙烯(1,1-DCE)为单一基质,分离出降解DCE的菌种。经过五代微生物培养分离后共得到四种纯菌株,分别命名为菌株D-B、D-X、D-II、霉菌(D-M)。对得到的细菌菌株进行革兰氏染色:初步确定菌株D-B和菌株D-II为革兰氏阴性菌,菌株D-X为革兰氏阳性菌。通过进一步的分子生物学鉴定,确定菌株D-B是产碱杆菌属(Alcaligenes sp.)细菌,菌株D-X属于库克菌属(Kocuria sp.)。
This paper is concerned with isolation and screening of 1, 1-DCE degrading bacterium under the condition of DCE as the sole carbon source. It is necessary to enrich, cultivate, domesticate and screen from aerobic activated sludge. Then the strains that decompose DCE are isolated. After five generation of microbe cultivations and isolations, we have get four pure strains, and they were named strain D-B ,D-X,D-II,D-M (mould) respectively. The result of gram dying for the strains is that the strain D-B and strain D-II are gram-negative bacteria (G^-), and the strain D-X is gram-positive bacterium (G^+). Then we make a further research on the strains about molecular biological identification, we get the result that strain D-B pertains to a species of Alcaligens sp. and strain D-X as a species of Kocuria sp.
