摘要
[目的]观察中西医结合治疗丘脑痛20例疗效。[方法]中医治疗分风寒阻经、风热伤络、肝阳上亢、脉络瘀阻、气虚血瘀四型。配合低频电刺激和针灸治疗。[结果]治疗20例,痊愈4例,显效1例,有效7例,无效7例,死亡1例。[结论]中西医结合治疗丘脑痛,有利于机体早日康复。
[ Objective ] To observe the TCM -WM treatment of 20 patients with thalamic pain efficacy. [ Methods ] Chinese traditional treatment is divided into four types. With the low - frequency electrical stimula- tion and acupuncture treatment. ~ Results ] Treatment 20 cases, cured 4 cases, markedly 1 case, effective 7 cases, ineffective 7 cases, death 1 cases. [ Conclusion ] The TCM - WM treatment of pain in the hypothala- mus, the body is conducive to a speedy recovery.
