中西医结合治疗慢性支气管炎30例

Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Chronic Bronchitis 30 Cases

[目的]观察西医常规治疗基础上加用麻杏石甘汤治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。[方法]治疗组和对照组均组以糖皮质激素、β受体激动剂等吸入或El服治疗,配合吸氧、抗生素、祛痰、纠正酸碱平衡和电解质紊乱及营养支持等治疗。治疗组在此基础上加用麻杏石甘汤治疗,每日1剂,水煎服。两组均以7日为1个疗程。[结果]治疗组疗效优于对照组。[结论]西医常规治疗基础上加用麻杏石甘汤治疗慢性支气管炎具有良好的疗效。

[＂ Results ] The efficacy of the treatment group than the control group. [ Conclusion] Doctors on the basis of conventional therapy was added Maxingshigan decoction on chronic bronchitis and has good effect.
