非洛地平与金水宝治疗脑卒中后持续性植物状态合并高血压疗效观察

Felodipine and Treatment of Stroke Jinshuibao Persistent Vegetative State After the Merger Hypertension

[目的]观察非洛地平与金水宝治疗PVS并发高血压的治疗效果。[方法]28例患者应用非洛地平5mg,2～3次/日;应用金水宝每次3粒,3次/日。疗程4～8周。[结果]非洛地平降压作用显著,显效率64%,有效率32%,无效率3.5%,总有效率96.5%;其副作用小,耐受性好,安全性高,价格便宜、对血脂、肝肾功能及电解质等均无明显影响。[结论]非洛地平与金水宝中西医联合用药尤适合PVS并发高血压的患者,为特殊病种用药探索了一条有益可行途径。

[ Objective] To observe Felodipine and treatment of PVS Jinshuibao concurrent treatment of hy- pertension. [ Method] 28 cases of patients with felodipine 5mg, 2 -3 times/day; applications Jinshuibao every 3, 3 times/day. Were treated for 4 - 8 weeks. [ Results ] The antihypertensive effect of felodipine significantly, markedly effective rate 64% , efficiency 32% , the inefficiency of 3.5% , the total effective rate 96.5% ; the side effects, well tolerated, high security, low price, on blood lipids , liver and kidney function and electro- lytes were not affected. [ Conclusion ] Felodipine and Jinshuibao Chinese and Western medicine in particular suitable for combination therapy in patients with hypertension complicated by PVS for special diseases has ex- plored a useful medication feasible way.
