益气活血法治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜30例

Observation of the Efficiency of Traditional Chiese Medicine on the Therapy of Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura(ITP)30 Cases

[目的]观察自拟方治疗原发性血小板减少性紫癜的临床疗效。[方法]采用中药治疗经肾上腺皮质激素、免疫抑制剂等治疗无效的特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)30例,疗程2个月。[结果]显效4例(13.3%),良效18例(60%),进步5例(16.7%),无效3例(10%),总有效率90%。[结论]益气活血化瘀治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜疗效显效。

[ Objective] To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the therapy of idio- pathic thrombocytopenic purpura（ITP）. [ Methods ] 30 patients of ITP who were insensitive to prednisone or im- munosuptressor were treated with traditional Chinese medicine. Treatment efficiency was observed for 8 weeks. E Results ] Agonist 4 pou （13.3 % ）, tartial agonist 18 pou （60%） ;progressive 5 pou （16.7%）, quasithreshold 3 pou（ 10% ）. The total efficiency rate f traditional Chinese medicine group was 90%. [ Conclusion] The meth- od of benefiting qi for activating blood circulation removing blood stasis is effective in the treatment of idiopath- ic thrombocytopenic purpura without obvious adverse reaction.
