我国国家政权与乡村社会关系研究——理论综述与现实演进

Relationship between the State Power and the Rural Society:Theories and Evolution of the Reality

通过对以国家构建理论为基础的我国国家政权与乡村关系相关研究的梳理发现,国家构建在不同的历史情景下有不同的体现形式和完成路径,历史的发展则赋予了国家构建理论新的元素,并使之不断地发展、完善。笔者根据我国在各历史时期对农村的控制管理方式的不同将古代中国归结为"士绅—文化"国家,将建国后到改革开放前归结为"干部—动员"国家,将改革开放以来归结为"能人—市场"国家,并以这三个历史时期国家政权对乡村社会的不同制度安排为特征,来分析中国国家构建的现实演进。

In this paper,the author discovers that the theory of state building reflects the different pattern of manifestation and completes the path of historical development in different historical scenarios.The state-building theory is given new elements and developed and improved.According to differert control and management forms of rural differences of various historical periods of,the author divids the history of china into three periods,namely,the gentry-culture state,the cadre-mobilization state and the elite-market state to analyze the reality of the evolution of China＇s state-building by the national institutional arrangements for rural communities of these three periods.
