Social work is an applied discipline which solves social problems.Practical and substantive is its essential attributes as well as its prominent features.According to its practical orientation,social work practice is an important part because it guides students to apply the theoretical knowledge,master job skills and internalize professional morals.The four systems of social work practical teaching,such as content system,platform system,teaching system and management system,are the main parts of education as well as a meaningful attempt to cultivate creative social workers.
