摘要
采用硅酸盐水泥和铝酸盐水泥及二水石膏复合配制水泥基无收缩灌浆材料,研究各组成材料对其各项性能的影响。试验结果表明,所配制的灌浆料具有早强、高强、微膨胀、大流动性,1d、3d、28d强度分别为33.3MPa、49.7MPa、78.1MPa,1d竖向膨胀率为0.031%。
Shrinkage-free cement-based grouting materials were prepared with Portland cement,aluminate cement and dehydrate gypsum and the influence of constituents on performance of grouting material was studied.The result of experiment indicates that the grouting material is of early and high strength,minor expansion and great flowability,and 1d,3d,28d compressive strength was 33.3MPa,49.7MPa,78.1MPa;1d vertical expansion rate was 0.031%.
