液相色谱法测定辣椒制品中苏丹红 被引量:1

摘要 目的:高效液相色谱法同时测定食品中苏丹红Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ。方法:样品经萃取、浓缩后,用C18柱分离,二极管阵列检测器定性、定量。结果:该方法苏丹红的线性范围均为0.125~20.0μg/ml,检出限为4.4~9.1μg/kg,辣椒粉的加标回收率为98.1%~105%。结论:该方法较灵敏,准确,可用于食品中苏丹红的常规检测。 Objective:Simultaneous determination of Sudan dyes I,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ was performed by employing high performance liquid chromatography.Methods:Samples were extracted,condensed,and then separated with C18 column,qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector.Results:Linear range of the method was 0.125~20.0 μg/ml,and the minimum detective limit was 4.4~9.1 μg/kg,spike recovery in pepper powder was 98.1%~105%.Conclusion:This method is quite sensitive,accurate and can be used for routine determination of Sudan dyes in food.
