直接测定虾类硝基呋喃类残留量方法的探讨

Direct determination of nitrofuran residues in shrimp

目的：探讨用ELISA方法直接测定虾类中硝基呋喃类代谢物残留量中呋喃唑酮代谢物AOZ。方法：样品直接用ELISA检测试剂直接测定虾类中硝基呋喃类代谢物残留量中呋喃唑酮（Furazolidone）代谢物AOZ。结果：本方法与高效液相色谱法比较,结果差异无显著性（P〉0.05）;回收率在80.0%~90.0%之间,相对标准偏差13.6%。结论：用ELISA检测试剂直接测定虾类中硝基呋喃类代谢物残留量中呋喃唑酮代谢物AOZ,具有准确、简便和快速的优点。

Objective：To investigate the direct determination of nitrofuran metabolite residue AOZ in shrimp by ELISA.Methods：The sample was directly measured with the ELISA detection kit in the direct metabolite of nitrofuran residues of furazolidone（Furazolidone） metabolites AOZ.Results：The results of this method compared with the high-performance liquid chromatography,the result was of no significant difference（P0.05）,recoveries were 80.0%～90.0%,and the relative standard deviation 13.6%.Conclusion：This method is simple,rapid and accurate.So it can be used to detect nitrofuran residues in shrimp.
