吹扫捕集-气相色谱法测定水中苯系物研究 被引量:9

Study on determination of benzene series in water by purge and trap in combination with gas chromatography

摘要 目的:建立水中苯、甲苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯、邻二甲苯、异丙苯、乙苯、苯乙烯8种苯系物的吹扫捕集-气相色谱测定方法。方法:用氮气将水中苯系物吹出,并捕集在吸附管内,加热吸附管,解析出的组分进入气相色谱仪分离测定,外标法定量。结果:8种苯系物在相应的试验浓度范围内均具有良好的线性关系,其相关系数均大于0.9990,最低检出限为0.0002 mg/L,平均回收率在90.2%~105.6%之间,RSD均小于5.0%。结论:该法具有简单、快速、准确、灵敏、无污染等优点,适合水中苯系物含量的检测。 Objective:To establish an analytical method for the determination of 8 benzene series including benzene,toluene,p-Xylene,m-xylene,o-xylene,cumene,ethylbenze and styrene in water by purge and trap in combination with gas chromatography.Methods:Benzene series in water were purged by N2 and traped in the absorbed tube.The pyrolysate by heating the absorbed tube were separated and determined on the gas chromatography by an external standard method.Results:The linearity of 8 benzene series in the tested concentration range was good and the correlation coefficients were all more than 0.9990.The limits of quantification were found to be 0.0002 mg/L for the target compounds.The extraction recoveries were 90.2%~105.6% and the RSD all less than 5.0%.Conclusion:This method is simple,quick,sensitive,accurate and of no contamination for the determination of benzene series in water and it can be satisfactorily applied to the routine analysis.
