摘要
目的:建立食品中的抗氧化剂特丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)的HPLC-UV测定方法。方法:选择HPLC-UV法测定食品中抗氧化剂特丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)的理想条件,并测定食品中抗氧化剂特丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)的含量及加标回收率,作方法学论证。结果:特丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)在0.1~20.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9998。最低检出限为0.1 mg/L,测定结果相对标准偏差为0.7%(n=6),样品中TBHQ加标回收率为90.0%~91.1%。结论:该方法简单、快捷、准确、可靠,适合基层检验机构成批量样品检测。
Objective:To establish a HPLC-UV method for determination of the anti-oxidant t-butyl hydroquinone(TBHQ) in food.Methods:Choose HPLC-UV determination of antioxidants in food t-butyl hydroquinone(TBHQ) in ideal conditions,and determination of antioxidants in food t-butyl hydroquinone(TBHQ) content and increased recoveries for method science demonstration.Results:The calibration curve was linear between 0.1 to 20.0 mg/L,and the linear relativity was 0.9998.The limit of the detection was 0.1 mg/L.The relative standard deviation was 0.7 %(n=6).The recovery rate of TBHQ was from 90.0% to 91.1%.Conclusion:The method is simple,fast,accurate,reliable and suitable for primary inspection agency in bulk sample testing.
