HPLC-UV法测定食品中抗氧化剂特丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)

Determination of TBHQ in food with HPLC-UV

目的：建立食品中的抗氧化剂特丁基对苯二酚（TBHQ）的HPLC-UV测定方法。方法：选择HPLC-UV法测定食品中抗氧化剂特丁基对苯二酚（TBHQ）的理想条件,并测定食品中抗氧化剂特丁基对苯二酚（TBHQ）的含量及加标回收率,作方法学论证。结果：特丁基对苯二酚（TBHQ）在0.1~20.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9998。最低检出限为0.1 mg/L,测定结果相对标准偏差为0.7%（n=6）,样品中TBHQ加标回收率为90.0%~91.1%。结论：该方法简单、快捷、准确、可靠,适合基层检验机构成批量样品检测。

Objective：To establish a HPLC-UV method for determination of the anti-oxidant t-butyl hydroquinone（TBHQ） in food.Methods：Choose HPLC-UV determination of antioxidants in food t-butyl hydroquinone（TBHQ） in ideal conditions,and determination of antioxidants in food t-butyl hydroquinone（TBHQ） content and increased recoveries for method science demonstration.Results：The calibration curve was linear between 0.1 to 20.0 mg/L,and the linear relativity was 0.9998.The limit of the detection was 0.1 mg/L.The relative standard deviation was 0.7 %（n=6）.The recovery rate of TBHQ was from 90.0% to 91.1%.Conclusion：The method is simple,fast,accurate,reliable and suitable for primary inspection agency in bulk sample testing.
