摘要
目的:建立居室空气中甲醛的品红亚硫酸测定法。方法:用水为吸收液采集样品,甲醛与品红亚硫酸溶液反应后,遇硫酸生成蓝色化合物的特性进行定量分析。结果:甲醛浓度在0~2 mg/ml范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),检出限为0.010 g/ml,样品加标回收率为97.0%~99.8%。结论:该方法不需加热,特异性好,灵敏度高,易于推广。
Objective:To develop a method for determination of formaldehyde in room air by pinkish red sulfitation process.Methods:Water was used for absorption solution gathering sample.After formaldehyde reacted with pinkish red sulfurous acid solution,the quantitative analysis was performed using the characteristic of meeting the sulfuric acid to produce blue color compound.Results:This method had good relativity of the linearity(r=0.9999) at the range of 0~2 mg/ml.The average rates of recovery of the samples were 97.0%~99.5% and the detection limit for formaldehyde was 0.0096 g/ml.Conclusion:This method is sensitive and has a good repeatability and does not need heating.So it can be widely used.
