摘要
目的:建立面粉中痕量溴酸盐的离子色谱测定方法。方法:选用Dionex IonPac AS19型分析柱,抑制型电导检测器。EG40淋洗液发生器在线产生KOH淋洗液,进行梯度淋洗,进样体积为250μl。结果:溴酸盐浓度在5~100μg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),RSD〈5%,检出限为0.70μg/L。样品加标回收率为90.5%~97.5%。结论:该方法分析快速,灵敏度高,重现性好。
Objective:To develop a method for determination of trace bromate in flour by ion chromatography.Methods:The separation of the bromate was conducted on Dionex IonPac AS19 analytical column with KOH eluent as the gradient eluent which was produced online by EG40 eluent generator.Then the detection was performed by the suppressed conductivity detector with the injection volume of 250 μl.Results:This method had good relativity of the linearity(r=0.9999) at the range of 5~100 μg/L and high precision(RSD5%).The average rates of recovery of the samples were 90.5%~97.5% and the detection limit for bromate was 0.70 μg/L.Conclusion:This method is fast,sensitive and of good repeatability.
