胰岛素对多囊卵巢综合征患者雄激素产生的影响

Effect of insulin on androgen production in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的:探讨胰岛素水平在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清中的变化及其对PCOS患者雄激素产生的影响。方法:用化学发光酶免疫分析法、放射免疫分析法对32例PCOS患者和30例正常对照(排卵正常,无怀孕妇女)血清中胰岛素(In)、血糖(Glu)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、催乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)进行检测。结果:根据胰岛素抵抗指数(IR),将32例PCOS患者分成胰岛素抵抗组(PCOS-IR)和非胰岛素抵抗组(PCOS-NIR)。PCOS-IR组血清中胰岛素水平高于PCOS-NIR组(P<0.05),且PCOS-IR组的胰岛素水平与睾酮呈正相关(r=0.87,P<0.05)。结论:胰岛素对PCOS-IR患者雄激素的产生具有一定影响。

Objective：To study the changes of insulin levels in serum and its impact on androgen production in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）.Methods：The levels of insulin（In）,glucose（Glu）,luteinizing hormone（LH）,follicle-stimulating hormone（FSH）,prolactin（PRL）,estradiol（E2）,testosterone（T） in serums of 32 patients with PCOS and 30 control women（normal ovulation,non-pregnant） were detected using chemiluminescence enzyme immunoassay and radioimmunoassay.Results：According to the index of insulin-resistance,32 patients with PCOS were divided into insulin-resistance（PCOS-IR） and non-insulin-resistance（PCOS-NIR） groups.Serous insulin levels of PCOS-IR group were higher than PCOS-NIR group（P0.05）,and levels of insulin and testosterone were positively correlated in PCOS-IR group（r=0.87,P0.05）.Conclusion：Insulin has a certain impact on production of androgen in PCOS-IR patients.
