西北地区葡萄酒国家监督抽查检测结果与分析

Analysis of product quality of wines by state supervision in northwest

目的:了解我国西北地区葡萄酒产品质量状况,为完善葡萄酒行业的监管体系提供科学依据。方法:从2008年至2009年,共对西北3个省的葡萄酒产品质量状况进行国家监督抽查,按照《葡萄酒产品质量国家监督抽查实施规范》要求进行检验并评价分析。结果:连续两年的国家监督抽检促进了葡萄酒行业产品稳步提高,2008年葡萄酒产品质量的合格率为82.6%,2009年合格率上升至90.0%。不合格项目主要是甜味剂和酒精度。结论:葡萄酒产品质量同质化现象应引起重视,加强监管并保护有地方特色的葡萄酒品牌,推动我国葡萄酒行业发展。

Objective：To understand the quality of products and provide scientific basis for the effective supervision of wines.Methods：From 2008 to 2009,the samples of wines among 3 provinces of northwest were collected and tested according to the standard manual of ＂Product Quality Supervision and implementation of the Normals of wines＂.Results：The results suggested that the product quality of wines has been improved by supervision.The product qualified rate was 82.6% in 2008,and it rose to 90.0% in 2009.The unqualified items mainly were sweeting agent and alcoholic strength.Conclusion：It should be concerned that the product quality of wines remained assimilation.It is proposed to strengthen supervision and protection of the local characteristics of wines for development of the industry.
