2006～2008年长春市保健食品质量监督抽检质量分析及对策建议

Quality analysis and supervision to health foods in Changchun from 2006 to 2008

目的：了解长春市保健食品卫生安全情况,探讨如何更好地加强保健食品监管。方法：通过每年一次对长春市保健食品的市场抽查,依据国家标准对保健食品进行质量评价。结果：2006年~2008年抽检的91份样品中,标签标注错误占29.7%;未取得保健食品批准文号,伪造或盗用其他标准文号的占23.1%;重金属砷和铅超标占4.4%;所抽检的41份营养补充剂中功效成分不达标占31.7%;所抽检的50份减肥类保健食品中违法添加药物成分占66.0%。结论：长春市保健食品质量存在安全隐患,应引起相关部门的高度重视,加大监管力度。

Objective：To investigate the health food sold in Changchun and to discuss how to firm the regulation of health food.Methods：The quality evaluation of health food was based on the national standards through the health food market sampling in Changchun once a year.Results：Among the 91 samples of health foods investigated from 2006 to 2008,there were 29.7% of products in label marking errors,23.1% in forging,stealing or no health food approval number and 4.4% in excessive heavy metal content（Arsenic or Lead） separately.Among the 41 samples of nutritional supplements,31.7% of products were not qualified in the products＇ efficacy component.Among the 50 samples of weight loss health food products,66.0% of products were added medicines illegally.Conclusion：The health food market in Changchun had some safety problems which should attach great importance and increase supervision by the relevant departments.
