In this paper,the development of ion chromatography in food analysis in recent years was discussed.The scope of analysts by ion chromatography was broadened unceasingly.While the sample matrix was increasingly complex,studies of the traditional analysts were further expanded.Separation and detection techniques continued to enrich.Sample pre-treatment was correspondingly improved,standard analytical methods were gradually established and the purpose of analysis further presented the diversification trend.
