血清中梅毒抗体检测的研究进展

Progress in Research of Serological Tests of Syphilis Antibodies

梅毒是一种慢性性传播疾病,病程长、危害大、临床表现复杂,很容易漏诊和误诊,因此选择简单、快速、高敏感性和特异性诊断方法,对梅毒早期诊断,发现传染源,控制梅毒传播具有重要意义。本文对当前梅毒螺旋体抗体的血清学检测状况作一综述。

Syphilis is a kind of chronic sexually transmitted diseases.Because of long duration,heavy endanger and complex clinical manifestations,it is easy to missed diagnose and misdiagnose,so it is important to choose simple,rapid, high sensitivity and specificity diagnostic methods,so that we can diagnose syphilis early and found the source of infection in time for controlling the spread of syphilis.In this paper,we will make an overview of the current situation of the serological tests of syphilis antibodies.
