A Spatial Econometric Model and Its Application on the Factors of Financial Industry Agglomeration

摘要本文构建了金融集聚影响因素空间计量模型,对我国28个省域金融集聚影响因素进行了实证研究。结果表明,我国金融集聚在省域之间有较强的空间依赖性和正的空间溢出效应。区域创新、经济基础对金融集聚促进作用显著;对外开放在期初对金融集聚有显著的正效应,但随着时间的推移作用正逐渐减弱;人力资本对金融集聚促进作用的发挥需要一个吸收和消化的过程。 In this paper, we construct a spatial econometric model on the fac- tors of financial industry agglomeration based on China＇s 28 provincial da- ta. Empirical results show that there is a strong spatial dependence and positive spillover effects of space in financial industry agglomeration between the provinces in China. Regional innovation and economic base both have a significant role in pro- moting financial industry agglomeration; open ness to foreign areas promots signif- icantly financial industry agglomeration in the beginning, however, this promoting role is gradually weakened as time goes by; human capital has a promoting role on financial industry agglomeration, but this role is not immediately visible, it needs for an absorption and digestion process to play.
