摘要
采用边磨边浸氰化工艺对山东某矿山的金精矿进行了试验研究。结果表明,在pH≈11(NaOH用量10kg/t),浸出液氰化钠质量分数为0.3%条件下,对金精矿进行边磨边浸4h(矿样细度-325目90%),可有效地提高金的氰化浸出率。与常规氰化法相比,金的氰化浸出率提高4.8%,达到97.8%。
Experimental research on leaching while milling cyanidation technology for gold ore concentrate processing is carried out in a gold mine of Jiaodong peninsula.The results show that after 4 hours'leaching while milling, the leaching rate can be efficiently enhanced,in the condition of pH≈11,mass fraction of NaCN 0.3%and milling mesh-325 more than 90%.Comparing to the ordinary cyanidation method,the leaching rate can be enhanced by 4.8%and to 97.8%.
