热轧粗轧扣翘头问题的仿真分析 被引量:6

Simulating Analysis of the Bending-Head of Slab for Hot Rough Rolling

摘要 为了确定扣翘头问题的影响因素及其间的相互关系,采用DEFORM有限元仿真软件,对多种工艺条件下的热轧粗轧扣翘头过程进行了分析计算,对计算结果进行了回归分析,并在生产现场进行了工业试验,效果良好。研究结果表明,当压下率较小时,轧辊转速差对板坯的扣翘头值的影响最大,板坯的翘头值与轧辊转速差基本上呈递增关系,其他因素导致的扣翘头均可通过调整上下轧辊转速差来消除;当压下率过大时,调整转速差无效,必须通过调整压下工艺参数来控制扣翘头。 To disclose the influencing factors and their relations,the bending-head of plate slab for hot rough rolling was analyzed in multi-technological conditions by the finite element simulating software,DEFORM.The regression analysis of calculation results and the commercial test in production were carried out.The results show that,when the press-down ratio is smaller,the rolls speed difference has the most strongest contribution to the bending-head of slab.The bending-head increases as the rolls speed difference,and others effects can be removed by adjusting the rolls speed difference.When the reduction ratio in pass is oversize,adjustment of the rolls speed difference is invalid,and the processing parameters of the reduction in pass should be adjusted to control the slab's bending-head.
