基于PSD原理的小管道两相流参数光学测量

OPTICAL MEASUREMENT OF SMALL CHANNEL TWO-PHASE FLOW BASED ON PSD PRINCIPLE

摘要 针对小管道两相流参数测量问题,本文提出了一种基于PSD工作原理的光学测量新方法。该方法利用两相弯曲界面使光路发生偏转的特性,根据光电池输出信号判断相界面两侧的相分布情况和两相流的流动方向等信息。实验结果表明,该新方法可用于小管道气液两相流的研究,是一种有效的小管道两相流参数测量手段。 Based on PSD principle,a new optical measurement method for two-phase flow in small channel is proposed.With the ray deflection characteristics in the convex-concave surface of the two phases of two-phase,the proposed method can distinguish the phase distribution on the both sides of the interface and identify the flow direction according to the output of the photocell.Experimental results show that the presented optical method is effective and can be applied to the two-phase flow measurement in small channel.
