Tensile Properties of 450℃ Aged State 3J21 Alloy at Room Temperature Under Atmospheric Conditions

摘要 在万能拉伸试验机上对室温大气环境下450℃时效态3J21合金的拉伸性能进行研究,并采用金相显微镜对450℃时效态金相组织及物相进行分析,采用扫描电镜(SEM)对拉伸断口进行观察。结果表明室温大气环境下,450℃时效态3J21合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度较高,伸长率较低;450℃时效态3J21合金的拉伸断口为韧窝断口,断口附近显微组织中滑移线之间的距离较大。文中对室温大气环境下450℃时效状态对3J21合金拉伸性能的影响进行了讨论。 The tensile properties of 3J21 alloy was studied at 450℃ aged state on a universal tensile test machine at room temperature under atmospheric conditions.Moreover,a metallographic microscope was used to analyze the metallographic structure and physical phase of the alloy at 450℃ aged state,a tensile fracture was observed by the scanning electron microscope.The results show that the tensile strength and yield strength of 3J21 alloy at 450℃ aged state is higher and its elongation rate is lower at room temperature under atmospheric conditons.The tensile fracture of 3J21 alloy is a dimple fracture at 450℃ aged state.The distance between the slip lines is larger in the microstructure near the fracture of the alloy at 450℃ aged state.The influence of 450℃ aged state on the tensile properties of 3J21 alloy was discussed at room temperature under atmospheric condition.
