摘要 4 无溶剂环氧导静电防腐涂料的研制 4.1 成膜机理 众所周知,“水”是造成各种类型电化学腐蚀的必要条件并对涂层产生极大的危害。所以,如果要解决在100%潮湿表面带锈涂装的重大技术难题,必须解决水在各种环境条件下对涂层所造成的“外忧内患”的问题。 According to the new requirements of the relevant state departments for conducting electrostatic anti-cor-rosion coatings on tanks,for the technical problems of the traditional solvent-based conducting electrostatic anticorrosion coating in the petrochemical industry,the new trend of development to conducting electrostatic anticorrosion coatings on tank were expounded.A new technology of treatment being applicable to the surface of high pressure water jet were em-phatically introduced,and the preparation of long-lasting heavy anti-corrosion paint for solvent-free epoxy long-term heavy anti-corrosion static conductive coatings,as well as their performance test report used in airtight oil tanks.
