摘要 采用新型Haake转矩流变仪制备了聚烯烃热塑性弹性体(POE)接枝甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)和苯乙烯(St),对其产物进行红外光谱表征,并将接枝物用于尼龙6(PA6)增韧改性。结果表明,HEMA和St成功接枝到POE大分子链上;当PA6/POE/POE-g-(HEMA-co-St)质量配比为80/8/12时,共混物缺口冲击强度提高,但拉伸强度和弯曲强度有所降低。 The polyolefin elastomer(POE) grafted with 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HE- MA)and styrene(St)[POE-g (HEAM-eo-St)] was prepared in the Haake mixer, the structure was characterized by FTIR, and the grafting copolymer was used to toughen polyamide6 (PA6). The results show that HEMA and St are grafted onto the POE maeromoleeular chains successfully. When the mass proportion of PA6/POE/POE-g-(HEMA-co-St) is 80/ 8/12, the impact strength of the blends is higher than that of PA6, tensile strength and flexural strength decrease.
