摘要
目的探讨内皮素-1(ET-1)和CRP在单纯性肥胖儿童血管内皮细胞损伤中的作用。方法选择2006年1月-2008年6月在本院儿科就诊的39例单纯性肥胖儿童(肥胖组)为研究对象,并选择21例年龄、性别具有可比性的健康儿童作为健康对照组。采用放射免疫法测定二组血浆ET-1、血清CRP水平,采用t检验和直线相关分析进行统计学处理。结果健康对照组21例儿童血浆ET-1水平和血清CRP水平分别为(43.5±10.2)ng·L-1和(1.2±0.5)mg·L-1,肥胖组39例儿童血浆ET-1水平和血清CRP水平分别为(57.8±19.7)ng·L-1和(2.7±1.2)mg·L-1。二组比较差异均有统计学意义(t=3.704,6.696,Pa<0.01)。单纯性肥胖儿童体质量与血浆ET-1水平和血清CRP水平均呈正相关(r=0.413,P<0.05;r=0.491,P<0.01)。结论单纯性肥胖儿童血浆ET-1、血清CRP水平升高,可能存在血管内皮细胞损伤,为成年后的高血压、高血脂、冠心病、糖尿病、肾损害等心血管相关疾病埋下隐患,检测血浆ET-1、血清CRP水平对于干预肥胖儿童的行为、饮食及运动具有重要指导意义。
Objective To explore the effect of endothelin-1(ET-1) and C-reactive protein(CPR) on vascular endothelial cell dysfunction in simple obese children.Methods Thirty-nine simple obese children in the First Hospital of Huangshi City were chosen from Jan.2006 to Jun.2008 as experimental group (obese group) and 21 healthy children as healthy control group with the same age and gender were enrolled in the study.The levels of plasma ET-1 and serum CRP were tested by radioimmunoassay.Data were analyzed with t test and linear correlation analysis.Results Compared with plasma ET-1 level in healthy control group[(43.5±10.2) ng·L-1],the level in obese group[(57.8±19.7) ng·L-1] had significant difference(t=3.704,P0.01).The level of serum CRP in obese group[(2.7±1.2) mg·L-1] was significantly higher than that in healthy control group[(1.2±0.5) mg·L-1](t=6.696,P0.01).Body weigh in simple obese children had positive correlation with the levels of plasma ET-1(r=0.413,P0.05)and serum CRP(r=0.491,P0.01).Conclusions The levels of blood ET-1 and CRP in simple obese children increased,which indicated vascular endothelial cell dysfunction.And it had relation to heart and vascular disease such as hypertension,hyperlipemia,coronary heart disease,diabetes and renal damage in adults.Detecting the levels of plasma ET-1 and serum CRP has importantly leading significance for intervening the action,diet and motion of simple obese children.
