摘要
本文探讨了相同培养条件下,不同盐度的海水对刺尾纺锤水蚤(Acaritiaspintcauda)生长发育的影响。试验所设盐度梯度为10.2、17.0、23.7、30.1、36.5,培养水温为27.3~30.3℃,投喂饵料为湛江叉鞭金藻(Dicrateriazhanjiangensis)。结果表明:17.0为刺尾纺锤水蚤的最适生长盐度,36.5以上为该种类不适生长盐度。证实该种类属于沿岸河口性桡足类。
This paper studies the effects of various sallnities of seawater to the growth and development of Acartia spinicauda under the same cultivation condition. Five salinities were adopted in the test,they were 10. 2 17. 9 1 23 7 30. 1 \ 36. 5, Cultivated water temperature were 27. 3~30. 3℃. The feed was Dicrateria zhanjiangensis. The result showed that the moderatest salinity for the growth of A. cart ia spinicauda was 17.0,and the salinity 36. 5 was not fit for its growth. Consequenthy,this specles is testified to be estuarine copepoda.
