摘要
在经济全球化背景下,知识产权与对外贸易具有十分密切的联系,知识产权既是对外贸易的重要内容,也是各国开展对外贸易的核心竞争力所在,知识产权保护更是推动了对外贸易的发展。中国企业出口产品的知识产权含量亟待提高,在货物贸易和服务贸易方面均有体现,区域性不均衡特点也十分明显。要转变中国对外贸易的发展模式,就要结合各区域对外贸易的特点,强化知识产权战略的指导作用,加强对知识产权的战略性创造、运用和保护,推动区域对外贸易的可持续发展。
Under the background of globalization, there appears to be a close connection between intellectual property right (IPR) and international trade. Intellectual property, which is the key power in foreign trade, is an integral part of international trade, and its importance is increasing as the effective use of knowledge contributes ever more to the national economic prosperity. Therefore, the well-protected IPR will promote the foreign trade greatly. This paper aims to study on the spatial development of regional foreign trade in China from the perspective of IPR. The author compares the model of foreign trade goods between China and the developed economies which are its trade partners. The results show that (1) the percentage of the capital-intensive products and technology-intensive industries in export trade of China is much lower than that of developed economies; (2) the percentage of service trade in foreign trade of China is lower than that of the developed economies and the structure of service trade is imbalanced; (3) in China, the export of hi-tech intensive products from the eastem areas is much more than that of other areas. The author points out that because ofimbalanced regional development in China, different strategies for the protection oflPR should be applied in different regions based on 2008 national IPR strategy to change the structure of foreign trade. Generally, all the regions should concentrate on (l) enhance the ability of research and development; (2) enhance the re- gional protection of intellectual property right; (3) improve the competitive power of self-owned brand products; (4) enhance the ability ofhi-tech industrialization. Finally, the author provides solutions on IPR for eastern region and mid-western region of China. For the eastern area, the foreign trade should be changed to increase the export percentage of the products of China own brands. For mid-western area, firstly, the foreign trade scale should be extended. Then, support the academic institutes to make their research productions to market production. Furthermore, develop the IPR of traditional culture.
