少数民族地区旅游发展的战略联盟与网络构建——以广东连南瑶族自治县为例 被引量:2

摘要 本文根据战略联盟和战略网络理论,以广东连南瑶族自治县为例,探讨了少数民族地区旅游发展的战略联盟与网络构建。文章认为连南县旅游发展战略联盟应考虑旅游的前竞争联盟、后竞争联盟和竞争性联盟,在此基础上,构建连南县的旅游战略网络。 Based on the strategic alliance theory and network theory, the paper discusses the construction of tourism development strategic alliance and network in national minority regions. The paper uses the case of Liannan County in Guangdong. Based on the strategic alliance theory and network theory, the paper discusses that firms within alliance can have huge advantages. So, it is necessary to set up tourism firm strategic al- liance and network in Liannan County in order to sustain tourism industry in Liannan County. The author considers Liannan County should think over to set up the Precompetitive Alliance, Procompetitive Alliance and Competitive Alliance can help to develop its tourism development strategies. The paper offers a reference for sustainable development of tourism economy in national minority regions. There are three sections in the paper. First, strategic alliance theory and network theory are discussed and analyzed. Second, the paper argues to set up development strategic alliance and network of tourism firms in Liannan County. Third, a brief sum- mary is given. The results indicate that: (l)Precompetitive Alliance is to build the strategic alliance between tourism firms and banks, between tourism firms and government, and between tourism firms and communi- ties. (2)Procompetitive Alliance is to set up the strategic alliance between hotels in Liannan County and travel agencies, between the travel agencies in Liannan County and restaurants, between hotels in Liannan County and transport finns, between the travel agencies in Liannan County and transport firms, between hotels in Liannan County and food product suppliers, and between restaurants in Liannan County and food industries. (3)Competitive Alliance is to build the same firms strategic alliance of tourism industries in Liannan County. (4) At the same time, Liannan County should set up alliance network among hotels, restaurants, product suppliers, travel agencies, transport firms, scenic zones, governmentdepertment, banks, communities, education industries, agriculture, and manufacture industries.
