摘要
应用微生物发酵技术,利用啤酒厂的废酵母作为发酵菌种,以谷物的糠麸为原料,经固体发酵,加工成一种营养型的饲料。该项技术工艺简单,技术含量高,适合于规模生产,既减轻环境污染负荷,又开发出一种新的饲料蛋白源。发酵饲料产品的粗蛋白含量20%以上,具啤酒酵母特有芳香气味,富含氨基酸、B族维生素,对动物的诱食性和促生长效果明显,可广泛地应用于鱼虾禽畜饲料,有广阔的开发前景。
Microorganism fermention is applied to produce a nutritional feed, by using the waste yeast from beer brewery and grain bran as the medium. The recommended technological process is a simple solid-fermented method and suitable for feed production. The process has not only found a new protein source, but also decreased the polIution load. The fermented feed,with a fragrant smell, containts over 20% of crud protein rich in amino acids and Vitamen B and has evident effects on inducing feeding and growth of animals cultured. It may be extensively applied to forage production.
