VEGF-C和VEGFR-3在大肠癌中的表达及意义

Expression and significance of VEGFR-3 and VEGF-C in colorectal carcinoma

目的探讨血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)和血管内皮生长因子受体-3(VEGFR-3)在大肠癌中的表达,分析表达结果与肿瘤淋巴结转移及临床分期的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测65例大肠癌及20例正常大肠黏膜中的VEGF-C和VEGFR-3的表达。结果65例大肠癌组织中VEGF-C和VEGFR-3阳性表达率分别为41.5%(27/65)和27.7%(18/65),正常黏膜表达率分别为15%(3/20)和0(0/20),肿瘤与正常黏膜比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05和P<0.01)。VEGF-C和VEGFR-3阳性表达率在有、无淋巴结转移组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01和P<0.05);两者的表达随临床分期升高而增多,其中VEGF-C的表达在不同临床分期组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);微淋巴管计数在VEGF-C表达阳性组和阴性组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论VEGF-C和VEGFR-3在大肠癌中的表达与肿瘤淋巴结转移及临床分期的关系密切。

Objective To investigate the expression of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 in colorectal carcinoma and explore their correlation with different clinical TNM stages and lymphatic metastasis.Methods The expression of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 in 65 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 20 cases of normal mucosa were detected by SP immunohistochemistry.Results The positive rates of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 in 65 samples of colorectal carcinomar were 41.5%（27/65）and 27.7%（18/65）respectively,and the expression rates in normal mucosa were 15%（3/20）and 0（0/20）with significant differences between the two groups（P0.05 and P0.01）.In the group with lymph node metastasis the positive expression rates of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 were significantly higher than those without（P0.01 and P0.05）;With the raising of TMN staging,expression rates of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 increased,among which VEGF-C expression showed a significant differences among different staging groups（P0.05）,There was significantly difference between the VEGF-C positive group and VEGF-C negative group in the counts of lymph vessels（P0.01）.Conclusion Expressions of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 in colorectal carcinoma have close relations with lymphatic metastasis and clinical TNM stages.
