水产饲料微生物添加剂研究的进展

Progress in study of microbe additives for aquaculture feeds

微生物作为水产饲料添加剂或直接作为水产育苗饵料，在鱼、虾疾病防治和促生长等方面的作用日益引起人们的重视。近几年我国开展这方面的研究取得了不少重要进展。本文着重介绍水产饲料的8种微生物添加剂，对于养殖生物它们分别具有增强免疫力、抗菌防病、促生长、改善微生态等方面的作用。微生物添加剂安全、无毒、无污染，具有广阔的前景。

Increasing attentions are paid to develop certain microorganisms as additive for aquaculture feed or as food for fish larvae owing to their significance in promoting growth and preventing and even curing diseases. Considerable achievements have been made in this research field in China in the past few years. Eight kinds of microbial additives for aquaculture feed are introduced in the current paper,which play important roles in strengthening immunity of target aquatic organisms, promoting their growth, resisting microbial infection and other diseases and modifying their micro-habitats. Microbial additive,a safe integrant of aquaculture feed,showing no toxlcity in aquatic food chains and no pollution in environments, will highlight more broad application to aquaculture in the future.
