摘要
目的观察顺尔宁治疗儿童哮喘的临床疗效。方法选择50例轻、中度支气管哮喘患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用顺尔宁口服。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率(临床控制率)分别为96%和84%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论顺尔宁是一种多作用、高效、安全的平喘抗炎药。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of montelukast tablets in the treatment of childhood bronchial asthma.Methods Fifty cases were randomly divided into the treatment group（25 cases） and control group（25 cases）.The control group was given the routine treatment.Montelukast tablets was used in the treatment group.Results The treatment group and the control group＇s clinical control rate respectively was 96% and 84%,the diference was statistical significant（P0.01）.Conclusion Montelukast tablets is an effective and helpful way to treat asthma attack.
