摘要
目的了解大学生情绪智力与主观幸福感现状及其相关情况,验证情绪智力对大学生主观幸福感的预测效果。方法采用Schutte等编制的情绪智力量表(EIS)和主观幸福感问卷(ICS),分层随机抽取太原地区300名大学生进行问卷调查。结果自我情绪调控能力能有效预测大学生整体主观幸福感、大学生积极情绪和消极情绪,整体情绪智力能有效预测大学生生活满意度。自我情绪调控能力和情绪感知能力都进入了对大学生消极情绪的回归模型中,但其交互效应的预测效果优于自我情绪调控能力对大学生消极情绪的预测效果。结论情绪智力和主观幸福感的相关关系表现出复杂性和不平衡性。情绪智力的不同因素对大学生主观幸福感的预测效果不同。
Objective To analyze the correlation of subjective well-being (SWB) and emotional intelligence(EI) and to test the predictive effect of EI on undergraduates' SWB. Methods University students from Taiyuan area participated in a study that involved measuring SWB with International College Scale(ICS) and emotional intelligence(EI) with Schutte EI scale,and 300 valid questionnaires were collected. Results The predictive validity of EI mood regulation (MR) was found in predicting undergraduates' global SWB,EI social skill,and negative affect; the predictive validity of the global EI was found in predicting undergraduates' life satisfaction; EI mood regulation and emotion appraisal(EA),both entered the regression model of undergraduates' negative affect(NA) while the interaction of MR and EA was found to predict undergraduates' NA better than EA. Conclusion The complex and unbalanced relations between EI and SWB are detected and the predictive validities of global EI and its subscales vary in predicting different components of undergraduates' SWB.
