大学生生活目的和意义感与心理健康的关系 被引量:24

Relationship of the Life Purpose and Meaning and Mental Health of the University Students

摘要 目的了解大学生生活目的与意义感状况及其与心理健康的关系,为大学生心理咨询与治疗提供参考。方法使用生活目的量表(PIL)和SCL-90对1171名大学生进行调查,分析大学生生活目的与意义感状况及其与SCL-90各因子的相关,比较不同生活目的与意义感大学生心理健康状况。结果大学生PIL总分为(105.74±15.33)分,不同性别、是否独生子女及农村、城市大学生的PIL得分差异均无统计学意义。高、中、低PIL得分的大学生在SCL-90总分和各因子分上差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.01),PIL得分越高,SCL-90总分及各因子得分越低,提示大学生的生活目的和意义感水平越高,心理健康状况越好。大学生PIL得分与SCL-90总分呈负相关(r=-0.510,P<0.01),与SCL-90各因子均呈负相关(r=-0.300~-0.560,P<0.01),其中与抑郁因子的相关程度最高(r=-0.560)。结论大学生生活目的与意义感与心理健康有密切的关系。应重视大学生生活目的与意义感的引导与培养。 Objective To study the life purpose and meaning of the university students and the correlation with mental health,and to provide reference for their psychological counseling and treatment. Results 1 171 university students were measured by PIL,SCL-90,analyzed the students' life purpose and meaning and the correlation with the factors of SCL-90,compared the students' mental health by different level of the score of PIL. The students' score of PIL was (105.74±15.33). There was no difference in the score of PIL by gender,whether only-child and come from countryside,the university students which had different level of PIL scores had significant difference in the SCL-90 total scores and the factor scores (P〈0.01),the higher PIL scores,the lower SCL-90 total score and factor score,so the higher level of life purpose and meaning,the better mental health of the university students. There were negative correlation between PIL score and SCL-90 total scores (r=-0.510,P〈0.01) and SCL-90 factor scores (r=0.300--0.560,P〈0.01),the correlation with the depression factor was the highest (r=-0.560). Conclusion Life purpose and meaning of the university students is closely related to their mental health. The guidance and training should be strengthened to improve their life purpose and meaning.
